Agricultural water hoses are prone to blockage during use. So, what causes this phenomenon?
1) Affected by external factors: If there are impurities such as sediment in the water source connected by the water hose, it is easy to cause blockage during use. In addition, water hoses can also be affected by temperature and flow velocity, or cause some insoluble impurities in the water flow to remain in the pipeline, resulting in blockage.
2) Improper operation of agricultural hoses: If you do not follow the requirements on the hose product manual, it is very likely that the water in the hose cannot be conveyed due to improper operation.
So, once this phenomenon occurs, what methods should be taken to solve it?
1) The acid washing method can be used to precipitate calcium carbonate. A 0.5% to 2% hydrochloric acid solution can be used, and the solution can be dripped into small pieces with a pressure output of 1 meter of water head. The retention time of the solution on the water hose can be controlled within 5-15 minutes. When blocked by calcareous clay, sand acid flushing solution can be used to flush the water hose.
2) The pressure dredging method can be used to flush drip irrigation fragments with a compressed atmosphere of 5.05 × 105~10.1 × 105 Pa or pressure water, which has good results in dredging inorganic blockage, but this method is effective for carbonate blockage.
