Three requirements for the operation of sprinkler irrigation equipment

The equipment used in sprinkler irrigation projects mainly includes sprinkler machines, water pumps, power machines, nozzles, and other major engineering equipment, as well as auxiliary equipment such as control, pressure regulation, safety protection, measurement, and electrical control. The requirements for the operation and management of engineering equipment during the operation of sprinkler systems are as follows.
1、 General requirements for the operation of sprinkler irrigation equipment
Before the overall sprinkler irrigation project of the sprinkler irrigation equipment is put into operation, operating procedures and requirements should be prepared for each type of equipment according to the product manual and design conditions. The sprinkler irrigation system should operate in accordance with the operating procedures, water use plan, and rotating irrigation group. When the system is running, it should operate according to the designed working pressure of the sprinkler engineering, and at the same time, it should operate within the designed wind speed range. If the design wind speed is exceeded, it is easy to cause leakage and poor uniformity, which affects the spraying quality of the sprinkler engineering. During the operation of sprinkler irrigation projects, careful operation notes should be taken, including equipment operating time, system working pressure and flow rate, energy consumption, troubleshooting, charging, on duty personnel, and other situations, and the working condition of sprinkler equipment should be regularly checked.
1. Preparation work for sprinkler equipment operation
Before running the sprinkler irrigation equipment system, it is necessary to check whether the status of each major equipment is normal. For example, whether the water pump turning gear is flexible and without noise, whether the long shaft deep well pump is filled with an appropriate amount of pre lubricating water, whether the leakage protector is sensitive, whether the three-phase voltage is normal, whether the diesel engine oil level is appropriate, whether the cooling water and diesel are sufficient, whether the control valve operation is flexible and in the closed position, whether the pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, and water gauge are normal, and whether the field mobile pipeline or unit has been set up.
2. Startup of sprinkler equipment system
The start-up of sprinkler equipment systems should be strictly carried out in accordance with the sequence of operating procedures. Before starting the centrifugal pump, all valves on the suction pipeline of the water pump should be opened, and the control valve on the discharge pipeline should be closed to ensure that the power machine starts under no load or light load. After starting, attention should be paid to observing whether the indicated values of the ammeter, vacuum gauge, and pressure gauge are normal, whether the sound of equipment operation is normal, and whether the speed regulation and exhaust of the diesel engine are normal. If there are any abnormalities, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. After confirming normal startup, slowly open the control valve on the outlet pipeline to supply water to the pipeline network.
3. Normal operation of sprinkler systems
After the sprinkler system enters normal operation, it is necessary to regularly check whether the indicated values of voltage, current, pressure, vacuum degree, etc. are normal. Check whether the temperature of the motor and bearings has increased, whether the dripping amount of the water pump packing is appropriate, and regularly check the blockage situation. When the spraying is completed and the previous irrigation area is rotated to the next irrigation area, the new working condition should be checked to see if it is normal. Pay attention to judging whether the system is working properly based on the spray pattern and atomization status of the nozzle. The operation of large sprinkler irrigation machines should be regularly monitored, and the towers should be kept in a straight line during operation.
